\n\u2022 Tax ID required for events selling merchandise<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Includes a clean facility ready for your creative efforts<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 You are responsible for the set up and clean up of facility<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Events must be contained within the agreed upon time frame; this includes: set-up,break down, clean-up, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Host is responsible for any losses or damages that occur during their event. If the space is found dirty or damaged the $200 deposit will not be returned and additional costs may be charged<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Includes a listing on the Grassroots Community Space Calendar<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 An event promotion post by you on the Grassroots Social Media Page<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Flier placement in Grassroots Community Space up to 30 day prior through end of event (Max 4X6 postcard)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Use of banner or A-frame during program use of space<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Grassroots coordinators reserve the right to deny any event they deem out of context to their movement<\/span><\/p>\n
