$200 Security Deposit $125 / Hour *Please note that rental prices may vary on days that fall on Holidays. Details: • Includes a clean facility ready for your creative efforts • You are responsible for the set up and clean up of facility • Events must be contained within the agreed upon time frame; this includes: set-up, break down, clean-up, etc. • Host is responsible for any losses or damages that occur during their event. If the space is found dirty or damaged the $200 deposit will not be returned and additional costs may be charged • Includes a listing on the Grassroots Community Space Calendar • Grassroots coordinators reserve the right to deny any event they deem out of context to their movement Ideal For: *Please note that rental prices may vary on dates that fall on Holidays.
