Dancers, Actors, Musicians, etc.
$20 / hour for 1 person
$30 / hour for 2 people
$60 / hour for 3 or more

B) ONGOING WEEKLY PROGRAMS
Instructors who have previous experience running/organizing their own classes and
simply need a location
$30 / hour
$35 / Prime Time 6-9pm Mon. – Fri.

C) SPECIAL EVENTS – PERIODIC PROGRAMS
Seminars, Lectures, Workshops etc.
$60 / hour

D) SPECIAL EVENTS – VENDING
Performances, Concerts, Readings, Art Markets etc.
$80 / hour + 30% of Sales

E) SPECIAL EVENTS – CELEBRATIONS
Birthdays, Baby Showers, Anniversaries, Holiday Parties etc.
$125 / hour

F) COMMERCIAL EVENTS
Film, Music, Videos & Media Related Productions
$150 / hour
