Special Events – Vending
| (Performances, Concerts, Readings, Art Markets etc.) $200 Security Deposit $80 / Hour 30% of Any Merchandise Sold at Grassroots Details: • Tax ID required for events selling merchandise • Includes a clean facility ready for your creative efforts • You are responsible for the set up and clean up of facility • Events must be contained within the agreed upon time frame; this includes: set-up,break down, clean-up, etc. • Host is responsible for any losses or damages that occur during their event. If the space is found dirty or damaged the $200 deposit will not be returned and additional costs may be charged • Includes a listing on the Grassroots Community Space Calendar • An event promotion post by you on the Grassroots Social Media Page • Flier placement in Grassroots Community Space up to 30 day prior through end of event (Max 4X6 postcard) • Use of banner or A-frame during program use of space • Grassroots coordinators reserve the right to deny any event they deem out of context to their movement Ideal For: *Please note that rental prices may vary on dates that fall on Holidays. ~ Check our calendar at grassrootscommunityspace.com for availability ~ |
