Dancers, Actors, Musicians, etc.
$25/ hour for 1 person
$60/ hour for 2 people or more
B) ONGOING WEEKLY PROGRAMS
Instructors who have previous experience running/organizing their own classes and
simply need a location. A rental minimum of 4 months is required to receive this discounted rate.
$35 / hour
$40 / hour Prime Time Hours 5 – 9pm Mon – Fri
$60/ hour for any additional hours reserved that are not part of your regular ongoing schedule C) SPECIAL EVENTS – PERIODIC PROGRAMS
Seminars, Lectures, Workshops etc.
$60 / hour D) SPECIAL EVENTS – VENDING
Performances, Concerts, Readings, Art Markets etc.
$80 / hour + 30% of Sales E) SPECIAL EVENTS – CELEBRATIONS
Birthdays, Baby Showers, Anniversaries, etc.
$150 / hour
$175 / hour for Holiday Celebrations F) COMMERCIAL EVENTS
Film, Music, Videos and Media Related Productions
